Millions of people have never heard of heart valve disease. You can help change that.
Roughly 25,000 people die from heart valve disease (HVD) in the US each year, and yet 75% of Americans know little to nothing about it. We’re determined to change this together with you. So, we created The Reaching Hearts Project–a collection of real patients affected by HVD on a mission to raise awareness of this deadly disease.
“Everything came to a stop. I wish I would’ve known earlier.”
“Don’t be afraid, be prepared. Knowing is empowering. It doesn’t hurt to get checked.”
