Roughly 25,000 people die from heart valve disease (HVD) in the US each year, and yet 75% of Americans know little to nothing about it. We’re determined to change this together with you. So, we created The Reaching Hearts Project–a collection of real patients affected by HVD on a mission to raise awareness of this deadly disease.
